Rev. Colin Paterson is originally from Chatham, and came "home" to Dresden Community Church in 1999.  He previously served pastorates in Newfoundland, Cedar Springs and London.

       Worship is one of his primary passions, and he takes an active part in a number of our worship groups at DCC.  He also is blessed to participate as others are leading into the presence of the Lord.

       Rev. Colin also loves to preach and teach God’s Word. He appreciates the people of DCC who have had a strong tradition of solid biblical preaching, and can be very discerning listeners. Rev. Colin is constantly amazed and excited at the way God brings His Word alive at each reading.

       Rev. Colin's wife Janice (McDonald) is a school teacher.  They have a son, Trevor (married to Sara) and a daughter Kelly Morrison (married to Mark) who live in London.
